At Auralin Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied:

• Eligibility: Items may be returned or exchanged within 5 Days of delivery.
  
• Condition: Jewelry must be unworn, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
  
• Non-Returnable: Custom pieces, sale items, and gift cards are final sale.
  

Process:
1. Contact us at auralinjewelry@gmail.com with your order number.

2. We’ll provide instructions for return/exchange.

3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or send the replacement.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
